At TCD Supplies, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tcdsupplies.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover return postage costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you can choose between receiving a full refund (minus the original postage costs) or store credit for the full amount of your purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

Items on clearance or sale

Custom or special-order items

Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@tcdsupplies.com.au.
